We are accepting Registration Forms for Encounter 09 NOW!

Please get it filled out and signed by your parents and hand it in to your youth leaders on Sunday!
Also, I know there is no area for your parents to sign, but please get them to sign somewhere in the box next to their particulars.

And LASTLY, next to the box of your particulars, please specify what shirt size you wear, so we know what to provide!
